How to Train Robots with No Programming Experience

With our No Code Robotics Approach, every one of your employees can drive process automation in your company. At the same time, in times of a shortage of skilled workers, you are also becoming more interesting for young talent.

Effectively counteract the shortage of skilled workers

The use of RobCo Robots is worthwhile even for smaller SMEs with up to 250 employees and a batch number of 50 with a running time of two to five minutes per piece. Together, we implement medium-sized automation projects within a very short period of time (30 days). The robots work for three to four hours and thus support your workers during production. If there are night shifts and weekend work, you can also let the robot work alone during this time. These results in less overtime and ultimately higher employee satisfaction. At the same time, you offer young talent interesting technical challenges in a medium-sized company. No programming knowledge is required for this. With our specially developed programming, individual customer requirements — even for small batch sizes — can be implemented easily and independently. Similar to a cobot, the robot learns the work processes and relieves your employees of repetitive tasks, showing the performance of an industrial robot. Your employees can now use their time effectively, so you not only increase productivity, but also improve quality.

No-code programming with RobCo - That's how it works

With our modular industrial robots, we follow a no-code approach so that, after a briefing by a ROBCO employee, everyone is able to program and train the robots. After you have chosen a RobCo robot to start your robotics automation journey, we will train your new “specialist” for an application together. The whole thing works on the one hand by being able to manually teach the robot, similar to a cobot, and on the other hand through our no code web app. This means that all of your employees, even those without programming experience, are able to program the robot.

Our specially developed software is based on browser-based module programming. All you need is an internet-enabled device, such as a laptop, a tablet or a smartphone, and access to our platform. There, programming is simple and flexible using components that are dragged and dropped to the appropriate location. Our will help you with the initial programming Automation Guide And after answering a few questions, suggests the optimal robot configuration for your specific needs. Your robot's digital twin can then be further configured and programmed in a realistic, digital environment. With the complete end-to-end solution thanks to pre-programmed robots and no code software, you can get your robot up and running within one day.

Should you find further tasks for your robot afterwards, the programs can be adjusted yourself with just a few clicks. A complete IoT connection also enables cloud-based analytics, such as a budget-friendly remote service, predictive maintenance and interfaces to all common ERP and MES systems.
