Arjan van Staveren Appointed as New Chief Revenue Officer at RobCo

RobCo brings experienced top sales executive on board for next growth phase.

Munich, April 1, 2025 – RobCo, the expert in modular, affordable, and connected robotic automation solutions, is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Arjan van Staveren as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Starting in May 2025, he will be responsible for all revenue-generating functions – including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development – with a clear mission to accelerate RobCo’s global growth trajectory.

As CRO, van Staveren will play a key role in taking RobCo to the next level – through international scaling, positioning the company as a market leader in Europe and the U.S., and driving the implementation of its bold vision: “RobCo in every Factory.”

Arjan van Staveren brings extensive experience from international commercial leadership roles. He spent over six years in senior positions at Snowflake – one of the world’s most successful software companies and the record holder of the largest software IPO in history. At Snowflake, van Staveren initially served as Regional Vice President (RVP), where he successfully built the Central European region from the ground up. He later assumed responsibility as General Manager / RVP for the strategic core market Germany, winning over 50 percent of the DAX-40 companies as customers. Prior to that, he held key positions at leading companies such as Bazaarvoice, Microsoft, and Ciao GmbH.
