The initial situation and reason for the search for an automation solution were changing orders with various customer requirements approximately every 4 months. Accordingly, the desired robot solution should offer the option of flexible retrofitting, even with changing applications.

The quick set-up and easy programming of the robot within a few minutes made it possible even for untrained personnel to make the robot operational. As a result, cycle times could be increased by quickly processing repetitive steps, which also made overnight automation possible. Thanks to RobCo's robot solution, GBN System was able to focus more on reworking the parts in addition to feeding the machines.

Our robots can be individually assembled from up to 8 modules. Depending on the configuration, they have a load capacity of up to 20 kg and reach a range of up to 2 m. Robco's industrial robots work with a repeatability of 0.1 mm and a speed of 2 m/s. Our robots are certified according to IP54 protection class and EN ISO 13849-1:2015.

The areas of application for RobCo robots are primarily Machine loading, Pick & Place resp palletizing as well as dispense.
